We have been customers for a while and have been a huge fan of Jim Wood! Always pleased with service and the office has always been courteous. Well we had an emergency this evening at 11:00 pm, and when I received a call back from the technician on call, I was taken a back by his rudeness. He said three times that it was COD only. All three times I said that I understood that, then he repeated it yet again. I said that he was extremely insulting, and could we move past that, and is this boiler leak safe, and could it wait until tomorrow. He responded again about the COD and said that he couldn’t even guarantee that he could fix it if he did come out. Obviously he was hoping that we could not afford it so that he didn’t have to come out. Very surprised! You have been good to us. Not someone I would expect representing you!
