I attended a bar mitzvah catered by Sage Catering, and I loved it so much that I sought out their business information. Their staff were lovely and attentive to us, and the food was exquisite. It was flavorful and delicious. They paced the food service quite right, and it felt more like being at a restaurant than a catered event. In the future, I plan on using them for my own events (and hopefully, my own wedding), because I know I will have a great day, and will eat, and be treated, as a valued guest. I cannot say enough about the quality of food and pacing of the courses. It makes ALL the difference in helping with the enjoyment of the food and experience.
